End User Licence Agreement

This End User Licence Agreement governs your use of software supplied by Atum Plugins, including Atum Passive Tube EQ.

Licence

Atum Plugins grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and use the software on computers you own or control, subject to any licence or purchase limits supplied at the time of sale.

Restrictions

You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, rent, lease, or sublicense the software except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Ownership

The software, artwork, names, logos, code, and related materials remain the property of Atum Plugins or its licensors. This agreement grants use of the software, not ownership of it.

Updates

Atum Plugins may provide updates, fixes, or revised versions. Updates may require acceptance of updated licence terms.

Warranty

The software is provided as is, without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Atum Plugins does not guarantee that the software will be error-free or compatible with every system, host, or workflow.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atum Plugins will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the software.
